Nochex payment page not showing​

Error appears on Nochex payment page - Email Address or Merchant ID does not exist​

The following error may appear when reaching the Nochex payment page:

Solution​

The merchant ID entered in the settings menu of your Nochex module may have been entered incorrectly. Consult the relevant integration guide if you need assistance locating the setting menu for your particular Nochex module.
