📄️ Payment Page - Transaction Description

You have gone through your shopping cart to test everything is working correct except for the description looking messy or would like to show a better format to display to customers.

📄️ Latest module not working

You have recently installed the Nochex module from our support website, but I don't see Nochex on my checkout / my website has stopped working.

📄️ Why is Nochex not showing or working?

You have installed the latest shopping cart and Nochex is already integrated but when going through the checkout process my website has stopped working or Nochex isn't displayed as a payment option, some fields are not pre-filled which is causing issue with some customers.

📄️ Order but no transaction?

You are investigating an order / missing transaction in your shopping cart. There has been an order created and this is shown in your shopping cart but hasn't updated or no transaction shown in my transaction history.

📄️ Request additional information

Sometimes it is necessary to request additional information from the customer, for example if you had a business selling personalised gifts you could request the customer for additional information such as the colour, size, shape and person it is for.
