Common Issues Raised
Received an error message when trying to make a payment.
Reason: There may have been a recent change to your account email address or incorrectly put the registered Nochex email address or merchant id in their shopping cart, payment form, or payment link.
Answer: Check your integration instructions, payment form, shopping cart, and payment links / buttons to make sure the correct merchant id / email address matches the merchant id / email address on your account. If you are unsure verify by contact us
Installed the latest Nochex integration, do I need to set urls in the control panel?
Answer: No
Nochex integration as broken my website
Possible Reason: Recently updated my shopping cart or installed a new shopping cart e.g. upgraded open cart 1 to open cart 2. And installed our latest module but whilst installing an error message may have occurred or website may have crashed
Answer: Go through the integrations steps for your integration to ensure all the steps have been followed, if you are still experiencing problems we would advise to temporarily remove our module and raise a support ticket containing details of the problem, error messages / logs, and print screens (If applicable).
I am redirected to a Send Money Page, not my payment page.
Possible Cause: You are redirected to the send money page when either or both required fields are missing; Merchant_id and an Amount.
Answer: Go through your integration steps to ensure all steps have been followed to ensure the merchant id entered is correct, and there is an amount greater than £0.49 for the product or service in your payment link.
Please raise a support ticket containing details of the problem, error messages / logs, and print screens (If you are still experiencing issues).
